Every care is taken to ensure that you receive your order in the exact condition as we have sent it. We are not liable for any damage or loss of goods due to poor handling caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you intact. Please note, Iverson and Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our studio.

Iverson and Co ships Australia wide. We use Australia Post as our preferred courier to ship your order directly to you.

URGENT ORDERS

Please ensure that there is sufficient time for creation and shipping, taking into account transit times. If uncertain about our ability to meet your time constraints, we suggest that you enquire before placing your order. If, after placing the order, we find it unattainable within your timeframe, we will notify you and proceed to cancel/refund your order. Depending on your location, it might also be advisable to consider express post, please enquire first if unsure.

LOCAL PICK UP

Iverson and Co operates from a home-based studio and is not a traditional shop front. Pick up availability is limited strictly to Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm. We are located in Schofields, NSW 2762
